Kaizen (改善) means continuous improvement — small steps, every day, compounding into mastery. That philosophy runs through everything here.

What we're building

Kaizen Academy LLC pairs a personal AI tutor with real human tutors. The AI handles the daily loop — homework tracking, Socratic teaching, spaced-repetition review, honest mastery scores. Humans step in when a student is truly stuck or needs the accountability only a person provides.

The teaching contract

One question at a time. Hints before answers. Mastery updated only on evidence. Escalation to a human after repeated struggle. Concise in voice, precise in text, warm always.

Who it's for

US middle school through college. One design, one standard: it should feel almost bad for a student not to use it.
